    Further That the Committee recommend that County Council receive this report for information.”

    That the Corporate Support Committee, having considered Report 2025-117 ‘Records and Information Management Policy and Records Retention By-law’, recommend that County Council approve the Records and Information Management Policy; and 

    Further That the Committee recommends that County Council enact a by-law at the June 18, 2025 County Council meeting to update Northumberland County’s Records Retention and to repeal By-law 27-12.”

    That the Corporate Support Committee, having considered Report 2025-119 ‘Municipal Restructuring Study’, recommend that County Council direct staff to proceed with the assessment of the following shared services:

    That the Corporate Support Committee, having considered Report 2025-125 ‘Repeal and Replace of Legal Indemnification By-law’, recommend that County Council enact a by-law at the June 18, 2025 County Council meeting to provide for the indemnity and defence of councilors and employees of the County of Northumberland against liability incurred while acting on behalf of the County of Northumberland and to repeal By-law 55-08.”

    "That the Corporate Support Committee receive the minutes from the March 13, 2025 and April 10, 2025 meeting of the Northumberland Accessibility Advisory Committee for information; and

    Further That the Committee recommend that County Council receive the minutes for information."
