• The Special Council meeting will commence in Council Chambers and shortly after the meeting is called to order, Council Members will proceed to the Golden Plough Lodge (GPL) and Northumberland County Archives and Museum (NCAM) redevelopment project site for a tour. 
• Please note that this tour is not open to the public. 
• Please note that the hybrid meeting model is not available for this Special County Council meeting.

  "That this Council proceed with the next portion of the meeting being closed to the public at _______ p.m.; and 

  Further That the meeting is closed to the public as permitted under the Municipal Act Section 239 (3.1) to conduct education and training of Northumberland County Council Members (Tour of GPL and NCAM Redevelopment Project), and that Jennifer Moore, Denise Marshall, Glenn Dees, Lisa Ainsworth, Scott Berry, Abigail Miller, Maddison Mather, Cheryl Sanders, Matthew Stergios, and other invited guests remain present."
