    "That the agenda for the March 31, 2025 Public Works Committee be approved."

    "That the Public Works Committee receive the correspondence from the following municipalities / organizations regarding 'Establishment of an Ontario Rural Road Safety Program' for information, noting that County Council previously considered and supported correspondence regarding this subject matter at the December 18, 2024 County Council meeting:

    • Ministry of Rural Affairs; 
    • City of Woodstock; 
    • Municipality of St. Charles; 
    • Town of Kearney; 
    • Township of North Dundas; 
    • Township of South Stormont; 
    • Township of Zorra; and 

    Further That the Committee recommend that County Council receive the correspondence for information."

  • Recommended Motion:

    "That the Public Works Committee receive the correspondence from the Township of Limerick regarding 'Deposit Return Program' for information, noting that County Council previously considered and supported correspondence regarding this subject matter at the January 22, 2025 County Council meeting; and

    Further That the Committee recommend that County Council receive this correspondence for information."

  • Recommended Motion:

    "That the Public Works Committee receive the correspondence from the County of Frontenac regarding 'Increase Tile Drainage Loan Limit' for information, noting that County Council previously considered and supported correspondence regarding this subject matter at the December 18, 2024 County Council meeting; and

    Further That the Committee recommend that County Council receive this correspondence for information."

    Further That the Committee recommend that the County Council receive this report for information.”

    "That the Public Works Committee receive the Minutes from the June 25, 2024 and September 24, 2024 meeting of the Agricultural Advisory Group for information; and

    Further That the Committee recommend that County Council receive the minutes for information."

    "That this Committee proceed with the next portion of the meeting being closed to the public at ______ p.m.; and

    Further That the meeting is closed to the public as permitted under the Municipal Act Sections 239.(2.e) and (2.f) in order to address matters pertaining to litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board and advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose regarding minutes of settlement with respect to a minor encroachment on private property, and that Jennifer Moore, Denise Marshall, Darrell Mast, Peter Deshane, Carol Coleman, Maddison Mather, and Cheryl Sanders remain present."

    "That this Committee rise from Closed Session at _____ p.m.; and

    Further That the confidential resolution moved in Closed Session regarding matters pertaining to litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board and advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose regarding minutes of settlement with respect to a minor encroachment on private property, is hereby referred to the Open Session of the Public Works Committee, which refers it to County Council for adoption."
