    "That the agenda for the December 2, 2024 Public Works Committee be approved."

  • Recommended Motion:

    "That the Public Works Committee, having considered the correspondence from Good Roads Association, Municipality of North Perth, Town of the Blue Mountains, Town of Pelham, Town of Parry Sound and Township of Amaranth regarding 'Establishment of an Ontario Rural Road Safety Program', recommend that County Council pass a separate resolution of support at the December 18, 2024 County Council meeting.”

  • Municipality of Wawa
  • Recommended Motion:

    "That the Public Works Committee receive the correspondence from the Municipality of St. Charles and Municipality of Wawa regarding 'Green Roads Pilot Project' for information, noting that County Council previously considered correspondence regarding this subject matter at the August 14, 2024 County Council meeting, and subsequently referred the item to staff for review and to provide an update at a future Committee / Council meeting; and

    Further That the Committee recommend that County Council receive this correspondence for information."

  • Recommended Motion:

    "That the Public Works Committee receive the correspondence from the Township of Clearview regarding 'Increase Tile Drain Limit' for information, noting that County Council previously considered correspondence regarding this subject matter at the May 15, 2024 County Council meeting and subsequently received the correspondence for information; and

    Further That the Committee recommend that County Council receive this correspondence for information."

  • Recommended Motion:

    "That the Public Works Committee receive the correspondence from the Township of Puslinch regarding 'Protection of Agricultural Lands and Sustainable Development' for information; and

    Further That the Committee recommend that County Council receive this correspondence for information."
