Meeting Format

The purpose of this Special Council meeting is to provide Council with an opportunity to tour the 310 Division Street building prior to the commencement of building renovations. This tour will follow the format of a formal County Council meeting. Please note that a public open house will take place at a later date once the building updates are completed. 

• The Special Council meeting will commence at 310 Division Street, Cobourg at 10:00 a.m. 
• The hybrid meeting model is not available for this Special County Council meeting.
• Due to building capacity restrictions, those who wish to attend this Special Council meeting are encouraged to register in advance with the County Clerk (). If you require accessibility support, please advise the County Clerk. 
• Public entry to the Special Council meeting is available from 9:45 a.m. to 10:10 a.m. The public may enter 310 Division Street, Cobourg using the front entrance.
• Onsite parking will not be available. Please consult the Town of Cobourg parking guide for public parking.
