    That the Social Services Committee, having considered Report 2025-126 ‘Early Years 2025 Ministry of Education Funding and Directed Growth Update’, recommend that County Council approve an increase in the Health and Human Services staffing compliment by one Early Years Supervisor position being financed by Ontario Child Care and Early Years Administration Funding.”

    That the Social Services Committee, having considered Report 2025-130 ‘129 Kent Street, Campbellford, Additional Dwelling Unit’, recommend that County Council approve a draw from the housing reserves with an upset limit of $600,000 to support the NCHC to design and construct two additional dwelling units utilizing modular technology for the 129 Kent Street development.”

    Further That the meeting is closed to the public as permitted under the Municipal Act Sections 239. (2.b) and (2.k) in order to address two matters pertaining to personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees and confidential negotiations (Community & Social Services - Capital Grant Program), and that Jennifer Moore, Glenn Dees, Rebecca Carman, Emily Corkery, Maddison Mather, and Cheryl Sanders remain present; and

    Further That the meeting is closed to the public as permitted under the Municipal Act Section 239. (2.c) in order to address matters pertaining to a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board (Community Housing), and that Jennifer Moore, Glenn Dees, Rebecca Carman, Bill Smith Maddison Mather, and Cheryl Sanders remain present."
