    "That the agenda for the September 3, 2024 Community Health Committee be approved, as amended, to include a Closed Session update regarding Municipal Act Section 239.(2.h) matters pertaining to information explicitly supplied in confidence to the municipality by another level of government regarding funding."

    "That the Community Health Committee receive the correspondence from the Northumberland Hills Hospital Foundation and Campbellford Memorial Hospital Foundation regarding 'Report on 2023 Northumberland County Funding' for information; and

    Further That the Committee recommend that County Council receive the correspondence for information."

  • Recommended Motion:

    "That the Community Health Committee receive the correspondence from the Eastern Ontario Wardens' Caucus, County of Frontenac, Municipality of Wawa, Township of Lake of Bays, Township of Larder Lake, Township of Limerick and Township of Lucan Biddulph regarding 'Support for AMO/OMA Joint Campaign on Physician Shortage', for information, noting that County Council previously considered and supported correspondence regarding this subject matter at the August 14, 2024 County Council meeting; and 

    Further That the Committee recommend that County Council receive the correspondence for information."

    "That the Community Health Committee receive the correspondence from the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury regarding 'Ontario Long Service Medals' for information; and

    Further That the Committee recommend that County Council receive this correspondence for information."

    That the Community Health Committee receive the verbal update regarding 'Northumberland Paramedics - 2024 Call Volumes' for information."

  • Recommended Motion:

    That the Community Health Committee receive Report 2024-088 ‘Golden Plough Lodge Quarter 2, 2024 Update' for information; and

    Further That the Committee recommend that County Council receive this report for information.”

  • Recommended Motion:

    "Whereas Item 5.a 'Delegation, Ontario Health Team of Northumberland (OHT-N), Proposal for a County Wide Physician Recruitment Plan' from the July 30, 2024 Community Health Committee was held by Council for separate discussion at the August 14, 2024 Council meeting, and was subsequently referred by Council to the Community Health Committee for further review and discussion;

    Now Therefore Be It Resolved That the Community Health Committee recommend that County Council adopt the following:

    "That this Committee proceed with the next portion of the meeting being closed to the public at ______ a.m.; and 

    Further That the meeting is closed to the public as permitted under the Municipal Act Sections 239.(2.b) and (2.d) in order to address matters pertaining to personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal employees and labour relations or employee negotiations (Special Purposes Pay for identifiable employees as per Northumberland County Human Resources Compensation Policy 4.3.7), and that Jennifer Moore, Glenn Dees, Lisa Ainsworth, Maddison Mather, and Matthew Stergios remain present; and

    * Further That the meeting is closed to the public as permitted under the Municipal Act Section 239.(2.h) in order to address matters pertaining to information explicitly supplied in confidence to the municipality by another level of government regarding funding, and that Jennifer Moore, Susan Brown, Maddison Mather, and Matthew Stergios remain present."

    "That this Committee rise from Closed Session at _____ a.m.; and

    Further That the confidential resolution moved in Closed Session regarding matters pertaining to personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal employees and labour relations or employee negotiations (Special Purposes Pay for identifiable employees as per Northumberland County Human Resources Compensation Policy 4.3.7), is hereby referred to the Community Health Committee, which refers it to County Council for adoption."
