  Further That the Committee recommend that County Council receive this correspondence for information."

Report 2024-097 '123 King Street, Colborne Redevelopment' - Presentation

  “That the Social Services Committee, having considered Report 2024-097 ‘123 King Street, Colborne Redevelopment’, recommend that County Council authorize a draw of Housing Reserves for the pre-construction work at 123 King Street, Colborne with an upset limit of $1,500,000.”

Report 2024-100 'Elgin Park Partial Discharge of Land, Service Manager Consent'

  “That the Social Servies Committee, having considered Report 2024-100 ‘Elgin Park Partial Discharge of Land, Service Manager Consent’, recommend that County Council provide Service Manager Consent, as under the Housing Services Act (HSA) 2011, for the partial discharge of land at Elgin Park, as outlined in the report; and

  Further That the Social Services Committee recommend that County Council direct staff to advise the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing of the partial discharge of land at Elgin Park.”

  "That the Social Services Committee receive the February 28, 2024,  April 24, 2024, June 6, 2024 (Annual General Meeting and regular meeting), and June 26, 2024 meeting minutes of the Northumberland County Housing Corporation for information; and

  Further That the Committee recommend that County Council receive the minutes for information."
