    "That the agenda for the March 5, 2024 Corporate Support Committee be approved."

    "That the Corporate Support Committee receive the correspondence from the Town of Petrolia regarding 'Return to Combined ROMA and OGRA Conferences' for information; and

    Further That the Committee recommend that County Council receive the correspondence for information."

  • Recommended Motion:

    "That the Corporate Support Committee receive the correspondence from the Township of McMurrich-Monteith regarding 'Prohibition of Criminals from Municipal Council' for information, noting that County Council previously considered correspondence regarding this subject matter and subsequently received the correspondence for information; and

    Further That the Committee recommend that County Council receive the correspondence for information."

    "That the Corporate Support Committee receive the correspondence from the Township of McMurrich - Monteith and Township of Springwater regarding 'Amendment to the Occupational Health and Safety Act to Clarify the Definition of Employer' for information, noting that County Council previously considered and supported correspondence regarding this subject matter at the February 21, 2024 County Council meeting; and 

    Further That the Committee recommend that County Council receive the correspondence for information."

    That the Corporate Support Committee, having considered Report 2024-035 ‘2023 Accessibility Annual Status Report’, recommend that County Council approve the ‘2023 Accessibility Annual Status Report’.

    That the Corporate Support Committee, receive Report 2024-036 ‘Commemorative Observances, Proclamation and Flags Policy’ for information; and

    Further That the Committee recommend that County Council adopt the ‘Commemorative Observances, Proclamation and Flags Policy’ at the March 20, 2024 County Council meeting.”

  • Recommended Motion:

    That the Corporate Support Committee recommend that County Council proclaim the week of April 14 to 20, 2024 as 'National Volunteer Week' in Northumberland County, at the March 20, 2024 Council meeting."

    "That this Committee proceed with the next portion of the meeting being closed to the public at _______p.m.; and 

    Further That the meeting is closed to the public as permitted under the Municipal Act Section 239.(2.b), (2.d), and (2.i) in order to address matters pertaining to personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees, labour relations or employee negotiations, and labour relations information regarding 'Non-Union Compensation Review' (Corporate Services), and that Lisa Ainsworth, Joan Doucet, Matthew Nitsch, Maddison Mather and Cheryl Sanders remain present."

  • Recommended Motion:

    "That this Committee rise from Closed Session at _____ p.m.; and

    Further That the confidential resolution moved in Closed Session regarding personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees, labour relations or employee negotiations, and labour relations information regarding 'Non-Union Compensation Review' (Corporate Services), is hereby referred to the Corporate Support Committee, which refers it to County Council for adoption."
