    "That the agenda for the August 2, 2023 Economic Development, Tourism, and Land Use Planning Committee be approved."

    Further That the Committee recommend that County Council receive the correspondence for information."

  • Recommended Motion:

    "That the Economic Development, Tourism, and Land Use Planning Committee receive the correspondence from the Township of Limerick and Township of Bonfield regarding 'Changes to the Provincial Planning Statement - Supporting Resolution from County of Prince Edward' for information, noting that County Council previously considered correspondence regarding this subject matter at the June 21, 2023 Council meeting and received it for information; 

    Further That the Committee recommend that County Council receive the correspondence for information."

    Further That the Committee recommend that County Council receive this correspondence for information."

    That the Economic Development, Tourism and Land Use Planning Committee, having considered Report 2023-096 ‘2023-2027 Community Strategic Plan – Proposed Pillars, Goals and Actions’, recommend that County Council adopt the identified pillars, goals and actions as final for the 2023-2027 Community Strategic Plan.”

    "That the Economic Development, Tourism, and Land Use Planning Committee receive Report 2023-097 'Amendment to Draft Approved Plan of Subdivision D12-CR1702, Eastfields Development in Colborne' for information; and

    Further That the Committee recommend that County Council receive the report for information."

    That the Economic Development, Tourism and Land Use Planning Committee, having considered Report 2023-098 ‘Brighton Official Plan Amendment No. 10 – Brighton Community Improvement Plan Policies’, recommend that County Council approve Brighton Official Plan Amendment No. 10; and

    Further That the Committee recommend that County Council direct staff to provide a decision notice to the Municipality of Brighton and all prescribed persons in accordance with the Planning Act.”

    "That the Economic Development, Tourism, and Land Use Planning Committee recommend that County Council enact a by-law at the August 16, 2023 County Council meeting, to appoint Plumbing and Sewage System Inspectors pursuant to the provisions of the Building Code Act."

    "That this Committee proceed with the next portion of the meeting being closed to the public at _______a.m.; and

    Further That the meeting is closed to the public as permitted under the Municipal Act Section 239.(2.k) in order to address matters pertaining to a position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any negotiations carried on or to be carried on by or on behalf of the municipality (Infrastructure), and that Dan Borowec, TJ Flynn, Maddison Mather, and Anjolina Rankin-West remain present.”

  • Recommended Motion:

    "That this Committee rise from Closed Session at _____ a.m.; and

    Further That the confidential resolution moved in Closed Session regarding a position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any negotiations carried on or to be carried on by or on behalf of the municipality (Infrastructure) is hereby referred to the Economic Development, Tourism, and Land Use Planning Committee, which refers it to County Council for adoption."
